I know but where did you see that it said "in transit" or "ready"? I've looked endlessly... my case was sent to embassy early last week

You need to first have your case number by calling the NVC and asking for it. Then use the immigrant option here: https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

I tried it last week with my case number and it wouldn't accept it... it was weird. I got my case number last week

for those who had their interview already-- did any of you use a binder for your documents? im thinking about use a 3 hole binder and separating it with Part 1 and Part 2 documents because i believe we would need all of this again in future.... how did you all present your documents to the CO??

Update: I went back to my email and found the email the NVC sent me and got the case number... it's officially ready 😆 Thanks for the help

From all of the thousands of posts I have read here  (no life....plus waiting game for NOA2).....

A binder is a good idea.....or clips (plastic sleeves are discouraged)... the papers should be easily found and accessible......

I promise....I have read that 16 times so far......and truly.....I need a life

HELP HELP: I am trying to schedule the interview and pay the fees... I selected K visas as the type of visa when I was creating my account... I'm at the page to pay and I want to make sure I did the right thing before paying... K VISA OR IMMIGRANT VISA? PLEASE RESPOND ASAP. I'm almost positive I have it right but want to make sure
