Fresh news from Interview- my visa was approved  it went very smooth, took 2 hours in the embassy. If anyone want I can describe step by step how it was. Im so happy and relieved  now time to go home!

Received our NOA1 on Feb 2nd and the processing times have now gone beyond our date. (Feb 14th)

Has anyone else had this issue?

I have been very patient but its starting to get to me....

We are in the same boat. I have been very patient until yesterday when they updated the processing times beyond our Feb 2nd date.

I've submitted my response to RFE last June 16. Just wondering how long it takes to get the NOA2. I'm hoping to get an interview by August cause we need to fly out to New York by August 25th or so.

Hi from I'm from PH and got an RFE also. We just sent our response last 7/5/17. Hoping that they have response asap. Please keep us posted if you receive your NO2. Goodluck!

Good Morning All,

Just sitting here at CLE Airport thinking about my fellow VJ Members. Plane leaves in a few moments for Ecuador.

 

Interview is 10:05am Monday morning. No reason to think negative, though normal butterflies are always there.

Because  i recieved my NOA2  on 6/28. They recieved my reply in 6/19 and it took 1 week for them to approve  it.

06/26/2017-- Approved 

06/30/2017-- received NOA2

07/10/2017-- NVC Recived case

07/11/2017-- Case number assigned

08/14/2017-- Interview ( APPROVED )

11/29/17- Packet sent to Chicago lockbox ( I-485, I-765, I-131 included)

12/1/2017- recieved packet

12/6/2017 NOA1 text and email recieved

12/8/2017 NOA1 Hard copy recieved

12/26/2017 Biometrics done

04/19/2018 Approved I-765, I-131 ( EAD & AP )

04/26/2018 Received combo card in mail

12/06/2018 Interview done - no decision

I would imagine that a visa would be guaranteed, if everything else is in order. My fiance is in a similar position. He has been travelling to the US  for more that 24 years (before we met) mainly for business and never had to stay for more than a week - until he met me ^_^

I don't think you need to worry. If you/your fiance answer the questions OK (they mainly look for inconsistency) and you can prove that you have a bonafide relationship, then you'll be fine.

For us we got an rfe on may 22nd sent response 27th of may they notIfy that it was receiver june 5 noa 2 june 8

How did they notify you? Yeah! Hoping for a response soon. I checked USCIS website but they didn't update it yet even though they received it. Upon checking on ups delivery it's already there.
