You finally heard something about your petition! Yehey! Though it's an RFE, nonetheless, it has been touched.  Better than waiting for the unknown. :)  Have fun with your vacation in Croatia. :)

Has USCIS gone on vacation this week?  Hardly any, if any, progress in the past seven days unless I'm missing something.  Sure hope they start processing more filings soon.  Wishing everyone well.

Good morning everyone:

Heres an update on my case RFE paperwork was received by USCIS on June 22 and just got off the line with Tier 2 agent they stated that paperwork is still with clerk waiting to be assigned to agent nice job sitting on my paperwork for three weeks. Hopefully I get a response by the end of the month. Further complicating matters is the fact that my fiancée's contract ends in mid October in Taiwan.

Haha, I'm not at the NVC yet but with USCIS website, from the moment I wake up to the time I go to sleep and sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night.  20-30 times a day.  Would you consider that obsessed?

Thank you! Can't wait to start hearing more good news from all of you as well!

Yes, thanks. I hope so too. My fiancé 's interview is on 8/14. We could have scheduled for an earlier date but instead we scheduled for a date I will be off from my job so that I can attend the interview and of course also enjoy some beach time and a couple of magaritas!!😄

Good luck to all who have upcoming interviews as well. I hope everything goes smoothly and will be problem free.

Cheers!

OH... I'm sorry.  Well, that's something to look forward too.  I really hope you'd have it before you even go there. :)
