I called the immigrant line 603-334-0700, press 1 for English, then option 5.......if busy, call back. Our NAO2 is dated June 20. It was received at the NVC on June 30. Good luck!

I decided to try the immigrant line today too and they said the same thing, they haven't received it yet.  I mentioned to the representative that in the letter I received from USCIS that it says it can take 30 days to receive a notification from NVC and that Sunday would be 30 days for me.  She told me that the information that USCIS provides in the letter is not their guideline and that their guideline is 6 weeks.  *sigh*

I have a question about the I-134.  The instructions say:

"If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks 'Provide the name of your current spouse'), type or print 'N/A,' unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, 'How many children do you have' or 'How many times have you departed the United States'), type or print 'None,' unless otherwise directed."

I typed out the affidavit in the PDF file itself.  For most questions I cannot put "N/A" or "None" because of how the PDF is set up and won't allow for certain characters.  Would it be alright to just type in the "N/A" or "None" with a pen or is it better to just leave them blank?  What did you guys do?

Thanks!

yes u can write it in...

Right their with you.  Been talking to my fiancee less and on here less, just cause I'm so stressed and tired I'm taking it out on everyone.  When my fiancee just tells my to be patient, it just makes me more upset.  I wanted to marry her since 1985 but gays couldn't and now I have to wait for this slow process cause they don't care about other people's emotions.  Just so upset with our system and the people they pick to work there.

Day 152

I called USCIS today....

Same old thing "normal processing times"

I barely held it together on the phone...

I understand your frustration with this system.

i think this system makes people less sensitive..when you do this kind of job every day you really do not care about people...you care more about papers)) they do not see people in paper cases...they just follow their rules and do the job...and as i understand calling to tier 2 does not make any sense too..im not sure they even have the information we need, and they really do not know any detailes about cases. so we just have to wait and we can do nothing. day 135 for us, more than 2 weeks after they got response to our RFE and nothing...just nothing. i had millions of feelings - anger, dissapointment, despair,rage...but all these can affect the relationships negatively, so probably the best is to relax...its hard, but need to try. finally all of us WILL BE APPROVED!this is not eternity, its just the part of our life and we are strong to wait, we can do this!
