Ok whats easier or more accurate , calling and checking to see if the NVC received your case or the case tracker for the NVC ??

Calling the NVC. The case tracker stops updating after NOA2.

Hiii. Thank you! We got noa1 on 6th feb. RFE on 25th may and they recieved our RFE information on 22nd june. They approved us 28th june. Quite fast. Before getting RFE and waiting, my fiance called and asked to speak to tier 2 and they wouldn't put him through as we were always in normal processing times. How long have you been waiting?

Thanks everyone for letting me vent. The Embassy just denied my request. I think I will take a leave of absence from the forum and calm down. I wish everyone well.

Oh man, what!? What was the reason? I just assumed things were smooth sailing for you, as I saw no timeline updates from those that I follow (you being one of them). :(

I don't think the visa was denied... He made a mistake on a form and it caused them to loose their interview date. He had already bought flight tickets and was trying to get the embassy to honor the old interview date but the request was denied. I think he had to rearrange flights, which caused him to loose some money :(
