Quick question - I'm guessing the uscis and the post office is closed today on fourth of July?

Ps happy fourth of July... from a Brit! Can I wish you that? Haha. Enjoy your day! Here's to another day closer to that noa2! 🙏

Yep, all services are closed today because of the holiday, everything will resume tomorrow.

And thanks for the happy 4th wish, that reminded me of a sign I saw when I was last over to London to visit my fiance.  It said "Make America British Again"  :D

It's strange that Feb 28 were ignored. After 132 days, we're still here waiting for that damn approval. I'm trying to stay positive but waiting and not knowing what is going on is terribly hard. Have you guys tried speaking to tier 2? They are not very helpful as we're still "within processing times". I don't know what else I can do to let them know "hey you forgot about Feb28".

My fiance was meant to call them yesterday but he had a hectic work day so he's going to do it tomorrow, we have tried before and we just got the generic 'your in normal processing time'. It's a comfort knowing I'm not the only one waiting on this date, if I thought it was just me alone I would be an absolute mess. Maybe the persons desk were sat on has been on a extra extra long holiday.... to the moon. :clock:

I agree. Knowing that I am not alone kept me sane. Maybe our file was placed on someone's desk to be checked, then that person grabbed a bunch of March applications as well and was placed on top of our applications since we're a day from March 1st. Now our envelopes are under March files. That's just my theory. :(

Yes, it is perfectly fine. You can also add some additional wording like 'ongoing support of the K1 visa petition', but even same one with the new date is ok.

Good luck for the interview!

Thanks for answer.I have another question. I got letter from nvc. but no email.i called yesterday and I was told I can track my file with the numbers on the paper. When I check, it says :Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time. Otherwise, please wait until you have been notified of your interview appointment. Additional information about how Immigrant Visa interview appointments are scheduled can be found at: http://nvc.state.gov/interview          .So we just gonna wait email or something from embassy or we need to call the embassy

As far as I know, you have to wait until you get an email or snail mail (it varies by country) from your Embassy, but you should check your US Embassy website to see if there's anything you should be preparing in advance, in the case you haven't done so already.

Actually, yep, you have to wait. Lots of info here :)
