It's true, for whatever reason. I think I will try again around Thursday though. Keep a look out for my update. I will post the results of that call.

I saw your timeline progress and noticed your NVC was at case received. After seeing that I immediately called the NVC and voila! Case number assigned and they said that the USEM already has our case!

@TriloByte has been my lucky charm.

For my fiancée's child, I need to fill out two separate DS-160 forms so that there will be two separate Application ID numbers?  Is it alright to work on both at the same time or is it better to fill out the beneficiary's DS-160 first and then the child's?

Thanks

Hi...exactly. For each beneficiary one separate DS-160. I think it doesn't matter which one you do first, as long as you will have the confirmation page for each beneficiary in the end.

So email to ombudsman did nothing, they wouldn't do anything without their form filled out, so I did that. I suggest others who are late like me do it too and complain about the non updated processing times, which prevent us from doing case inquiries and are a complete farse and the non updated tracker....maybe if enough of us complain they will move on it since they've already been on USCIS for this problem. Just a thought...

Hi!

I'm trying but did not allow me to access the forms :S

It might be cuz i'm at the office an our network security is blocking it. I will try from home.

Let see if it helps!!!

I knew when I saw yours was received that mine likely was too because your date is right after mine. I figured we were mailed in the same batch. Called the non-immigrant line and sure enough, was received last night. Moving right along!! Yes! :D

yay!!!! Was waiting for your news! Welcome to the final steps of this process. (I mean there's a long way to go technically.:D)

Anyways, keep calling them to know the case number and then you can track the case and see if it arrived at the embassy!

Meanwhile, I have filled out the DS 160, didn't submit it yet since I haven't officially received the letter from the embassy. Kinda still waiting haha. Seems like been waiting forever!

Hey guys, long time reader, first time poster. We are on day 125 - my partner and I submitted our I-129F on February 24, and still haven't heard anything. I get nervous because she and I are both women, and I know they aren't allowed to discriminate based on sexual orientation, but I always get nervous about these kinds of things. I think I made it very clear that we are a couple in our I-129F, pictures, leases, even a life insurance policy... Just need to know if anyone else is still waiting? Thanks.

There are still a few waiting I'm on day 148. I don't think you will have any problems other than just the extremely long wait with poor customer service.
