Fresh news from Interview- my visa was approved  it went very smooth, took 2 hours in the embassy. If anyone want I can describe step by step how it was. Im so happy and relieved  now time to go home!

I cross fingers for all those who still wait for NOA 2. It must be frustrating to see the progress of many of us. But your day is close!!! Hang in there!

 

 

Not being patient on Packet 3 is what got me in trouble. Had I waited 36 hours, it came by email

First of all congratulations and welcome to the US !!! How exciting ! 😊

Secondly i have a question since you already went through the whole process .... 

can my fiance fill out the Ds-160 and submit it as soon as my status on the CEAC website says "ready" ? Or do we wait for packet 3 to arrive ? 

Also, everywhere online i see that they refer to the k visas a a non-immigrant visa but some people on here say its an imigrant visa, what did you file the ds-160 as ? Imigrant or non imigrant ? 

Hope you can help me out !

we have the same date! But we still haven't reached NVC,my fiancé said he has called 3 times but nobody answered him, I think we might have our case number within this week since there is another girl whose NOA2 was 10 days ahead me,she received her case number last week, hopefully we will hear from them this week;)

hey everybody

 

I got my 1st NOA in March 2 and I got the second NOA on 6/14

The second one says the same receipt number as the first one, Is that normal ?

when I check the case online up till now it says "On March 2, 2017, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E)"

It doesn't show online anything about the second NOA

what should I do now ?

what's the next step ?

Most of us didn't get any updates online after we received NOA2. No worries

Hi, the K1 Visa is a Non Immigrant visa.  It is a conditional visa based on you getting married here.

Informed delivery showed it's on the mail truck for delivery today. The way letter was folded i was able to make out  "The above petition has been approved". All i needed to see pretty much. :)

 

For those of you still waiting, hang in there, i am sure yours is on the way as well. Good luck everyone. 

 

So happy for you, we have the same date so hopefully mine is soon.
