February 2017 I-129F Filers

My NOA2 is 06/08. I called NVC on Monday and file was not received. I read somewhere on another site saying USCIS probably sends approved petitions to NVC in batches, so if anyone with date range around 06/08 hears their file received, please let us know  We have come a long way and I feel for those who are still waiting for NOA2s. It's a matter time their time of glory will come as well!

Mine was approved 5th June and NVC received it on 16th June - also from California

Don't worry - they already know he's a us citizen at that stage!!

I felt the same way!! 

I had a rfe and it was over something that I shouldn't have..I had a total "why me" moment...all you have to do is see how long it too for people such as trilobyte and see that there is no order!!

oh i know yeah, I'm on day 118 & getting very agitated. I'm just keeping myself busy getting my vaccinations done and all the paperwork gathered. It cant be long now surely!

That's exactly what I did!! I took my frustrations out on the receptionists at the GP 😂😂

Shall everyone call the NVC, I mean after you got your NOA2 or it is okay if you just do nothing and see when they send papers to the Embassy ?

Im just wondering which one is our noa1.. is it the date when they recieve our packet/on our case status online or it is the date on our noa1 hard copy??

I have not received any hard copies in the mail of the NOA1 or the NOA2. I am basing it off of the received date they had on the online website for the NOA1 and the approval date for NOA2.

Haha hopefully when i go on Friday it's straight forward but then again were talking about the NHS! Are you from the UK or is it your fiance, just curious if it was you how long did it take to get booked in and get your vaccinations, i have a horrible feeling there will be a long wait.
