Part 7 page 8 on the 134.   the boxes i used were as they read, one for page number, one for part number and one for item number.

 

Mine was for the intent to support - page 4, part 3, Item 38

That's what I was thinking! I just wanted to make sure. Thanks a lot. What did you write there? Most people put  "N/A" (K1 visa process for permanent residence)". I am also writing the same thing there.

The K1 response is probably fine, I just put I was going to marry and support...etc.  My fiance liked it better haha

So, Justin is going to send the forms to me today. Can anyone please make sure if we have got it all.

 

These are the documents he will send me. Please, tell me if we are missing anything.

 

I - 134 with a letter from the bank, a letter from the employer. Tax returns. He doesn't have pay stubs as they are electronic so mentioned it in a cover letter.

 

He will also send me copies of his passport, birth certificate. OR do i need the originals of those as well? Is colour copies preferred or black and white okay?

I didn't actually think you needed copies of his birth certificate or passport ?!?

 

Don't forget the embassy will have your whole file that he has already submitted
