February 2017 I-129F Filers

Got an email today through my USCIS APP that our I-129F was approved yesterday 14 Jun.

Checked the USCIS on line status checker and it said the same thing.

We are another step closer!!

 

Medical exams completed yesterday, interview scheduled for 6/27.  I am flying out 6/21 so that I can attend the interview.

 

Please keep your fingers crossed for no AP so that I can bring them home with me.

My fiance is from PHL as well .. how was the medical?

Just checked the USCIS online tracker and it says we got approved on June 14. I couldn't believe my eyes like I was shaking and we are so happy!! 

Congrats everybody and for the ones still waiting, hang in there we know how hard it is.

 

Our received date is February 8.

I'm the 21st also yet 24, 28 people are getting approvals. It's totally insane.

Right..... I was hoping some good news would off set the sadness from gma dying....Uscis is a freakin mess.....I submitted an inquiry like one of the other posters...saying noticed not received...I just put other...cause I'm like ...anything...give my anything....just so I know someones trying for goodness sake....geez

I love how they seem to do everything in their power not to update people. So annoying.

We've agreed to get a letter written up and if we still haven't had anything by next week which will take us to 120 days then we will be writing to the congressmen. I'm being optimistic that we may get something this week but I don't want to get my hopes up!

She said it was fairly easy, as long as you have the documentation that they want.  She arrived at about 7:00am and was able to complete nearly everything in one day.  She did need to return for her immunizations and to read our sons TB skin test.

 

They had a little trouble with our son.  St. Luke's was willing to accept he baby book with the immunizations written in it if the Doctor signed it has wrote her license number under her signature.

So far, I believe I have seen 5 approvals for today. 

I love seeing the approvals. They make me happy!!😃😄😆
