Hi, can you track march fillers as well? Please. Thank you

There is another way you can track cases that more closely resemble yours. If you have an Iphone there is an app called "Case Tracker" if you download this app then go to the "Search" tab on the bottom you can enter in your WAC# at the top and put in "500" in the next field then click search. This will give you information on all those cases and even has a graph bar at the top so that you can see percentages. Just remember that this is going off the online tracker for USCIS and will not have the "Approvals" updated.

And RFEs are no longer accurate. They've started slacking on all of it now. The scans are really pointless now. 😐

Hello everyone! Our application was received by USCIS CSC last Feb.15, 2017. Anyone got their NO2 already? It's really frustrating. How come it's been almost 4 months.😭

question to anyone that's been previously married!!!!!

so I was reading on https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/ for documents that are needed for the interview.

The marriage cert section asks for a marriage cert - I have a divorce cert. so my question is; do I still need a marriage certificate for this terminated marriage or will a divorce certificate be fine?

thanks :)

ps apologies for the stupid question in advance!!

That's a good question. I better ask my lawyer about this one.

I just spoke to my solicitor - apparently the court here (UK)  keeps the marriage certificate when you first petition for a divorce! (they are a very reputable firm so I'm taking their word for it!)

the court maybe destroys it but never sends it back so the decree absolute should be enough :D

I answered my own question

THAT link is however slightly misleading! (I might just call the UK embassy anyway)

I have my own theory about the documents listed for the Embassy. My list actually talks about the DS-260 and i-864, so it seems they have a generic checklist for immigrant applications. Therefore, that includes the spousal visas and that's it :)

But great you got your answer already and can relax.

I did the same as you.  Montreal lists a marriage certificate in the list of requirements for a K-1 and in the Canada forum I was told they use the same checklist for CR-1, so not to worry....... But I still worried and had my fiance order me a certified copy (as I was married in the US before as a destination wedding). But really I don't think either of us will need it.

Looking to see if any of the Philippine filers have recently gone through the process of obtaining a Certificate of Clearance from Singapore.  While I have looked at the website and understand the process, I still have some questions. Please msg me directly if you can help.
