Don't worry. I've seen more people asking the same thing and it seems to be just a standard template they use, so you can ignore that part.

Best of luck! :)

Ok thank you! 😁

I think its worth a try, you have nothing to lose.  I'm not going to tell anyone to be patient because after waiting over 4 months my patience is completely gone.  I'm just hoping what's in the mail is what I hope it is and not an RFE which will slow my case down by another month.  Go for it Trilobyte

I hope it is the approval :)

I am truly the most impatient person in the world.....I am an instant gratification.....if you cannot get it now it can be delivered next day (I love Amazon) kinda person.

My fiance is Algerian.....he likes to remind me  (and irritate me at the same time) that in order for him to travel  (mostly to Europe) it takes him 6 months to get a tourist visa....so sometimes I wonder if I am more the norm instead of an anomaly.....

Uuuggghhh....patience....reason....logic....nothing fits with this process

Trying to figure out when an approval is coming and why within this "process" is like trying to figure out who is going to be standing at the intersection of Time Square at exactly 12 noon in the year 2050. You can't. There is no process, just a bunch of clowns in a building together doing whatever they want.

(Hey USCIS, if you are reading, prove me wrong and approval my petition)

I received the NOA1 on on Feb 10th, I received the (hopefully approval) on June 10th.  I'm seeing a bit of trend along with other people also that filed in Feb but I forget when you received your NOA1.  Yours has to be coming any day here cause you filed within a week of mine I think.

I have read that several people have experienced calling Tier 2, being nice to Tier 2 and then getting approved on the same day they called. When I think about this it can mean only two things. 1) It was a coincidence, and they were already approved on the very same day they called or 2) the Tier 2 person actually has control over the approval of our cases. It stands to reason that if they have control over the approval, they might also have control over moving our petitions to the bottom of the stack. This is why when I saw people mentioning it, it pissed me off. A Tier 2 person should not have that kind of control PERIOD. Yes, it's nice for those who got approved, and I am extremely happy they got approved, but the idea that a person on a call has control over our files and actually takes an action on our case based on what vibe they get from us over the phone, etc, is a bit disturbing. I suggest that when calling Tier 2, you be very very careful and nice, else it is a real possibility that you might actually delay your case for months.

So this whole processing is making us so stress out ! Our case has been active for 109 days today.. I don't really understand what's making it delay or long.. They said it's case to case basis but our case Isn't that even complicated, We are both single and never been married and he is in the military.. Does anyone who have noa1 on the 22nd of february have their noa2 already??  Thank you for your answers.

There are many people with that date with approvals. There is no logical flow to things over there that we can see. We just have to wait and keep an eye on the date on the USCIS website

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

Choose CSC / Service center processing dates. We are unmarried K1.

If your NOA1 date is past the date they have posted, you can officially ask USCIS what's going on. You can also roll the dice and try calling them before you cross that date, but if you read up at what I just posted, there is a possibility that calling early might help or hurt you. Generally, you just have to wait, wait and wait some more.

Perhaps it will make you feel better to know I have been waiting 130 days and still no NOA2.

From what I've seen from others in this thread, if you check your cases on USCIS's website and it still says Received and you've got a letter coming, that means an approval.  It seems like they are updating the tracker to say RFE if you've got an RFE coming.  So, I would suggest checking that and then you should know what you've got coming in the mail today.  I hope it's the approval!

It used to mean that, but lately, there have been people who got an RFE that didn't update online either :/

Hey, I feel you! Still waiting for our NOA2, it's been 114 days already. My fiancé is also in military and he already left for his long deployment. Everyday I'm convincing my self to stay positive and strong for I know that one day this whole process will end. So cheer up! We will definitely get through this.

Hey everyone,

Y'all are awesome, just wanted to say hi and thanks for all the reassurance on this thread, it helps on the down days when the mail box is empty! We are on 115 days of waiting for our NOA2 (received NOA1 Feb 15th)  getting my hopes up every day! Nobody should have to be apart from the person who they love, every day is precious and this is tough, especially when you live in rainy England! You guys are all awesome and I admire your song community, I hope we all get the good news we are hoping for soon! From what I have read, I assume you get an email/text when your NOA2 is coming or not?

Thanks everyone, may we be blessed today with mail!!!!!(L)

What's incredibly annoying, is that they have been saying they are working on December 15th for over a month now. And on that link you send, it says this is accurate as of March 31st. IT'S JUNE 10th USCIS, So as on March 31st, (for 10 damn weeks) you have been processing ONE DAY. GTFOH!!!!

Sorry it's in Spanish, but that is the configuration of my computer and this page won't change to english for me....
