If the case is not in received, it's been touched. However, the online case status checker only sporadically updates for approvals, so the scan is not accurate in this regard.

stupid question but when there's a rfe does it show up as something else? or just stay at 'info received'

6/7 stats. Please be aware that this data is scraped from the online case checker which is not updating properly for approvals. The data is not accurate because it's missing approvals. Use at your own risk :)

I see cases that say "request for evid...", etc. People say they are updating for RFE, but it's possible that that's not accurate either. Within the context of these scans, I just report whatever the box spits out.

They haven't been updating either for a while unfortunately.....ughhhhh!!! what's next?!? I wouldn't be surprised if a carrier pigeon delivered my NOA2

Our petition was received on the 21st of February, so I think it's about time we give them a call to see what's going on. What's the phone number you guys have used when you've contacted them? Seen a few different numbers around the forums :)
