Yes, exactly. That rabbit represents me looking across the ocean as I wait for her return.

Let's keep the hope alive that we will all be reunited with our loved ones soon.

Here are the 6/6 stats for Feb.

Please be aware that the data source is the online tracker which is broken. It does not accurately update for approvals and nobody knows why. This means that the data behind these stats are off (missing many approvals).

thank you for doing this. in any way, even if the tracker is broken, still we can see their activity! 110 touched cases , so probably there are something like 70-90 approved that day also, but we cant see it on tracker! lets hope they are working very hard and every day we have new approvals)

Your welcome and yes, I think there are about 70 - 90 approvals per day on average. I think that number will start dropping as they move into March.

so...i turn on my womans logic! 1258 cases were touched for sure, we see it from scan,, and this is almost 34%% from the 100% of cases. so if we know also 100% that we do not see most of the approvals, lets imagine there not 170, but for example...800 approvals (or more!!!)! and this is real, as they work pretty active on february cases almost 1 month! so it is more than 50%% is touched already. if my logic is correct, then maximum that we have to wait for approval is 4 weeks from now, even less...as now with every day they work less on december and january cases and mostly work on february cases. i know that the day of my approval  and your approval WILL COME and this fact makes me calm and happy. yes, we did not recieve that happy mail today...but it means we will recieve it tomorrow and the sun will begin to shine brighter!

Most likely yes, we should see approvals soon. There are those very unlucky few that get left behind, and I have not been able to really figure out why. A couple of real ideas that I have, are a slow worker, a worker that's sick, a worker that's on vacation, or maybe in my case, it's because my lawyer sent TOO MUCH evidence and they just don't want to look at it.

Some interesting information here. My fiance made an appointment to go to her local USCIS office. The guy told her alot more than we know, and apparently our petition got send in February already to Amsterdam. I was really confused and thought we somehow got the NOA2 already and it went through NVC, but that's not true. He told her that the officer at my consulate needs to have the final say to have it approved, and he was almost sure the reason for the delay was that I got a B2 visa denial almost a year ago. Just this Friday the officer in Amsterdam began to look at our petition, so hopefully this means we got approved. Also he told her that the 'Tier 2' officers have no power and I'm 100% sure if you make an appointment with your local USCIS office you can find out more.

Stay strong and soon we will hear something!

i believe that they do not choose boxes there...i mean if someone take the box and there is a case with a looooot of evidence photos etc, he cant just ignore that case...he must finish ALL cases in the box and only after this he can take next box!i think the main reason is slow worker and slowly organized process in general, as they also have not k1 cases to work with ..probably they have so much work that we cant imagine. maybe we are too cruel to these people and really they try their best...i want to hope..and lets hope they do not want on vacation this summer!!!!!)and all of them are very healthy)
