Oh ok. I really hope so😊. The guy from nvc told me it could take up to 2 weeks and that if i didnt receive notice of it to definitely call them back but i kinda thought it was too much time. Did your case get to the embassy?

Hehe. Honestly, the case number will probably be assigned tomorrow. Once it gets to the NVC, they generally assign a case number rather quickly for K1 Visas, as they don't stay long at the NVC. My case finally updated now to in transit! 😭😭😭😃🙃. Yours is definitely moving along as well! No worries, friend!

Sounds like the album is too big to fit in the small space they devote to our lives.

Our process: Canadian to American

Noa1: Feb 23

Rfe: June 1

Cross your fingers that its nothing major please!

Hi all,

Quick question in regards to what follows NOA2.

To my understanding, our file gets sent to NVC and then to the embassy (Sydney Australia in our case). People say their case says "in transit" or "ready. It this through the NVC? Do they have a tracker that you get access to once you get your case number?
