It cannot be for an RFE because RFEs are reported by the online status checker and our case their still says received. so should be the NOA2 right? right?!

I feel like it also depends on the officer working on your case. Some might be lazy and dont bother updating the system, while others will. For Feb 21, a few people like myself got RFEs and it was updated on the systems today.

That has been a possibility, but RFEs have worked all along. I was only approvals that stopped working and on June 2nd we saw all approvals hit online. If this continues, then we could be looking at a fixed status checker.

Good morning. How are you guys able to speak to a tier 2 officer. When I get transferred, it just sends me to a voicemail, and tells me to call back later. I called three times, and it's the same result. 😔

I just called and asked the person who picked up if I could speak to a tier two because I know that cases after mine already have made it to the interview schedule process. I found out that someone is working on mine but they still gave me the 4-6 months for them to review it which is bogus. Wishing for good luck and hopefully a tier two can put in some kind of ticket to put some pep in these processor's.

I called May 30. I tried to detail my experience to help. I was also transferred and the computer told me my wait was 285 minutes. 😳 But the system called me back! Read my experience and I will be happy to answer any questions!

Please read my experience on May 30. I am by nature very passive. But I stood my ground and didn't let Customer Service give me the generic answer. She relented and transferred me to Tier 2.

Success 😂😂 Well success on reaching Tier 2! I am writing this for those who have not called before!

Called and spoke with Michelle. She gave me all the information expected. They are working on December cases. I need wait another 2 months.

I said "Michelle, I know USCIS had averaged 100 approvals a day. Current USCIS Tracking is showing less than 10 a day." She questioned my sources. I told her there are many online trackers. She said she was not aware of them.

"Michelle, I know for fact there are 100's of approved cases in February that were received 2 weeks after mine. People are receiving approvals in the mail and to date, the tracking information is incorrect! Can I please talk to a Tier 2 and express my concerns and see if indeed I am one of those affected cases?"

Michelle said, you know is a long wait and they will only tell you what I have stated! I said "Michelle, I realize you can only tell me what you see on your computer, but I fact many people I have been in contact with who talked to Tier 2 were actually approved. I understand is a long wait. But my Fiancé is worth my waiting!

She transferred me! 😳 The wait is approximately 285 minutes. They have an automatic call back when your turn.

Here is my advice!

1 Never critize or demean Your Michelle.

2 Sympathize with her position and the tools at her disposal.

3 Don't argue. She keep pushing back my comments.

4 Hold your ground. She relented!

😘 Thanks Michelle

Now I am waiting my call back!

I hope this helps!

Thank you for that. I tried calling them this morning and was given the generic response (still working on Dec 15 cases, within normal timeframe blah blah blah). I am a Feb 23 filer with NOA1 dated Feb 28. So far I've only seen 2 from VJ with my same date approved. Hopefully this week will be our lucky week. I might call them again on Wednesday and speak with a tier 2 officer.

Me & you have exactly the same dates, lets cross our fingers we get some good news this week or next.

It only dawned on me last week that i had absolutely nothing prepared and i could potentially be approved in the next couple of weeks, so i went on a mad rush ordering my police report and gathering evidence etc... lol

Has anybody that hasn't yet received their NOA2 applied for their medical report yet? I don't want to request it too soon and it not be recent enough when i go to my medical. My doctors are an absolute nightmare to get an appointment with so i don't want to leave it too late where i end up delaying the process.

Ughhhh I so cant wait for this visa to be complete so i can stop stressing out lol
