Hey Jon, really sorry to hear about this. Not sure what the officer wants from you, but I've got a few ideas on how you can get even more detailed about proof of you being in Singapore with your Fiance in November:

 

1. Did you or your fiance by any chance upload your photos onto Facebook to share with friends and family? Usually, you can include a location when you do this. Maybe this is something you were able to do back in November. If not, the date of when it was uploaded on Facebook is still proof you were there on said dates. 

 

2. The photos you took, were they on an iPhone or Android smartphone? If so, majority of the time, gadgets nowadays are able to include location of where the photos were taken. This can also be proof... I've attached a photo below to show you how it can be proof.

 

3. If you don't have location services on, you can still check the "EXIF data" for each photo, this data includes the date, time your photos were taken. You could probably print this alongside the photos as proof. 

 

In regards to number 2, my iPhone automatically records where my photos are taken, I've attached an example below of how my iPhone does this... It even detected we were above Russia on our way from the PH to Europe last December -- and to think during that time I had no cell service or data on my phone, yet it knew where we were when I took photos inside the plane. Creepy, but quite useful for times like this!!

Also, are there any resources through VJ for the next step of the process (the NVC paperwork)?  The resources for the I-129F were extremely helpful (especially the checklists).

Side note for @TriloByte, I recall reading in one of the earlier post that you're trying to figure out whether or not being in the tech field is a cause of delayed approvals. I am a software engineer working in the defense industry and it doesn't seem like that's the case for me.

Yes, it was mentioned about the tech field, but I never really thought that would matter. I think it's either random chance that people wait longer, or maybe it's the fact that my divorce decree is like 60 pages long and my lawyer had us include that along with sending like 30 photos and 60 pages of e-mails and chat logs, etc. The stack looks like a dictionary. They might be scared to look at it.

Many people on this forum are WAY more knowledgeable about K1 than I. 

Have you read on VJ the information submitted by a former K1 Visa agent? One thing he says is that the neater and more concise the information the more likely he was to process first. He stated that there were very specific things he as looking for. The easier he could find what he needed the more likely he was to process the case first. I would strongly recommend reading for those who have not read before.

I wouldn't doubt it to be true. We kind of put our faith in this lawyer at the beginning, but since then, have begun to question many of his ways. I think we will be approved but if I was looking at that huge stack, it would def cause me to look at a more concise stack first. It doesn't mean I think this is what's actually going on, it's just a theory.

My fiance's divorce decree is only 3-4 pages long. Makes me wonder if we have the right document

Don't worry. Your divorce depends on the complexity. We had a no contest divorce. I gave her everything and went my way. We never even went to court. So no long decree was needed.

Mine is just the standard divorce decree in Texas. It's the entire thing though, not just the signed and stamped pages. My lawyer thought it was a good idea to send the entire thing. I thought it was ridiculous, but anyway, like I said, I went into this thing much more ignorant than I am now. And maybe they do like to see the 60 pages? Who knows.

The lawyer said that was indeed the final decree and we even asked for the certified copy, so we should be fine... But you know how this process works, making you doubt even your own name

My Florida divorce decree is 5 pages. Nevada's is 21. My fiancée's was 3 pages.  I'm sure it's the correct document.
