Untouched 2,945 79%
Grand total 3,712 100%

Totally ridiclious how slow they move on these cases... 71 cases?? They should be touching 100-200 cases a day at minimum. Seriously can't stand the government and the way they operate. 93 cases out of 3700 is insane even if the data isn't accurate it's still ridiclious how slow they are.

Before the online checker broke, I could see that they were approving 70 cases per day on average. So we can assume about 1100 Feb approvals so far.

It's why I stopped publishing data. Too much explaining that it's broken and what that means. :). The data is helpful if you have the inside scoop.

1. I spoke to a customer service agent at USCIS yesterday and was told that NOA2 will only be mailed. It will not be updated on the website, even if you have an

account.

Really, they told you that?

More evidence to confirm that tier 2 has access to the case itself, outside of the online checker. When I called tier 2, 2 or 3 weeks ago the women seemed to take great pleasure in telling me my case was still in received and even if I get approved, I have another 20 days wait time to find out. I decided on that day that I didn't want to know anymore. I will just wait until the letter comes because a month ago, I thought I was likely approved then, and kept waiting, and nothing.

Congrats on your approval!!!!!

Thank you. I understand why you dont want to call them anymore but you can try and call them next week because see how i called on friday and it was still on received and when i called the next wednesday it was already approved. Just say you are concerned because you seen approvals for february filers and of course ask to speak to tier2 because they can give you more updated information. I really hope you can get your approval soon because believe me i know how frustruating it can be.

Just an FYI to all of those waiting for the NOA2....my K1 was received February 2nd.....NOA1 on February 6th.....I called USCIS yesterday....I received the standard "we are working on December 15 cases....call back in mid July if you haven't heard anything".......even though I know the case before mine and the case after mine have both received RFEs.......

Anyone else losing patience? Anyone have any ideas on new ways to occupy time?

I will appreciate any ideas ;)

I'm a Feb 6th noa1 and we recieved an RFE alert on Thursday. Just waiting for it coming in the mail. It's a public holiday weekend now so i reckon your case change will be very soon. 🤞🤞

LOL!! Well to top that we just had a storm roll through with straight line winds... knocked down a huge tree in our neighbors back yard onto our fence and right beside our pool destroying our beautiful crate Murtle 😆😆... my girlfriend is Already saying she wants a house with a basement for bad storms... no one here has a basement... I've sent her many photos of lightening and very loud claps of thunder and she's never seens or heard anything like it. Gotta love the south... I'm in north west Mississippi and live 5 minutes from Memphis and about 20 minutes from Arkansas... what part of AR do you live?

We had crazy storms here too...my electric went out. But my crape myrtle is still standing :) I'm in Northwest Arkansas.

Congratulations on getting your NOA2 and thank you for the info.

Its seems they are working in the typical 90 day time frame for most and its just the waiting for the mail that is adding time.

It also seems as if they are going through and sending out obvious rfe's and straughtforward approvals and cases that take more scrutiny are getting delayed.   I wonder if the cases they arent sure about have to be reviewed by a second or third person and that is why there area few filers that end up waiting so long?!

Hi iamdegie,

not verbatim, but they did say "NOA2 will arrive in the mail regardless of status on the website". So, perhaps I did make some assumptions but seems pretty accurate.

My Fiance called Customer service at USCIS on Friday, just to find out whats the update about our case. He was told that December cases are being worked on and we would have to wait another 56 days!!!! just to get an update. If we dont hear anything in 56 days we should call. Hethen told the lady that some friends are being approved or notified who have a receive date after us. She replied saying thats no true because they work according to receive dates. 56 Days longer!! thats so disappointing! :(
