Why do my job when i can frustrate couple by making them wait months longer after i just made them wait 4+ months to see their lovers

That's my thoughts on the matter exactly. I hope we are wrong, but I doubt it.

Might not be what any of us think.  I found this on Indeed.com

NATIONAL VISA CENTER Employee Reviews

Not a great company to work for.

VISA PROCESSING SPECIALIST (Former Employee) –  Portsmouth, NH  April 2, 2017
Job was very complicated and not easy to meet expectations. Management was not very supportive. Meeting expectations. This job was temporary positon and again did not meet expectations.
Pros
Nothing was exciting about the job.
Cons
Nothing was exciting about the job.

Nice people to work for/Flexibel

Clerical/Data Entry (Former Employee) –  Portsmouth, NH  April 30, 2017
Good place to work. Compensation definitely needs help though. Able to learn alot about the immigration process. CEO and President need to be more compassionate towards their employees
Pros
Flexible hours
Cons
lousy pay

You will become divorced if you work here

Wife of a manager (Current Employee) –  Portsmouth, NH  February 19, 2017
Ran like high school. Drama around every corner. Everyone I know who works there or has worked there is divorced or cheating with someone else who works here. Management is unprofessional passing notes to girl employees about their relationships. Unprofessional environment as they allow management to start relationships with those under them. This place breeds harassment, misconduct, and adulterous humans.
Pros
None
Cons
You'll no longer be in a relationship. Maybe that's a pro.

Not surprised at all. You will not see me defending these people that put me though h3ll and are rude to me with pretty much every encounter I have with them. IMO the entire thing needs to be gutted and started over.

I am not defending them at all.  just sounds like a crappy job and just an overall crappy place to work.

But, if you aren't happy and able to do your job to the best of your ability, you should find something you enjoy and not take it out on your customers!

I actually manage a call center for a very controversial organization.  We get a few ugly calls, people making threats, and honestly the majority are from people not in what they would consider the best days of their lives.  Some people just aren't cut out for it, and I like it when they realize it for themselves before I am showing them the door.   I think many there need to come to grips with their choice of employer or find their way out the door.

Does anyone know if online gaming counts as a dating service or causes problems?

No it is not "dating service". Meeting people through online games is becoming common. Just be sure to specify WHAT game and  when in your I-129 packet and to the consular at interview if asked. Most consulate are old school and don't always keep up with technology/trends of young people.

Here is a suggestion to EVERYONE: when you call NVC about yo case status, be a) super kind & pleasant, b) ask your questions, c) after your questions ask "what is it like to work at NVC? Do they treat you well?" If reply is negative, ask " what can I do as a customer of NVC to help improve your working conditions?" If we all do it, maybe we can make a change in not only their attitude towards us callers but also change that agency by filing complaints to appropriate department .

I was speaking more about USCIS. I am not sure about NVC yet, I've only called them once. Have you asked these questions yet, and if so, what was their response?

Many on my job ask me everyday about my Fiancé. The women find our relationship a modern day "Fairy Tale". The men think international dating a dream come true! Both a correct!

What they never see is the pain we struggle with every moment of everyday as we wait day after day for our Fiancées to come home. I know men are not suppose to cry, but unless you have experienced the Visa process, you can not imagine the vast of emotions we experience.

Tomorrow we are on Day 114. Tuesday Day 117. Congratulations to those approved. To the rest of us, may GOD show us mercy and grant us our prayers!

Hey, I'm a guy, and I have cried myself to sleep many nights. Especially nights when the wait has driven us both to the brink of insanity and we ended up fighting and saying things to each other that we never thought we would. It's brutal and quite frankly I don't like the idea of strangers looking into my private love life. The way they handle things is unethical IMO, regardless of what level (case worker, their manager, their manager, capitalism, etc) the POS system is born out of.
