If you dont have the tax return transcript, bring a copy of the entire tax return. No they can't look at electronic or online copies, you need to have a paper copy.

According to their own regulations -- a tax transcript OR a full tax return with W2s, etc. is acceptable. Make sure you provide the entire return and attach the supporting documents.

 

From State Department's website:

"If you cannot obtain an IRS tax transcript: If you are unable to obtain an IRS tax transcript, submit a photocopy of your IRS Federal Income Tax Returns and Form(s) W-2 or schedule(s) from the most recent tax year."

Thank u guys for sharing some info..i have my visa on hand already :) i got issued on march 22,2017 and recv my visa march 24
