Hi,

I came here on a K1 visa and i have filled for AOS. when i had my medical exam i had done 2 shots of HepB vaccination and my last one is due this month as i were told by the physician who did my medical.

my question is do i have to get it done by an approved USCIS civil surgeon or my primary care provider ?  and i have not had my GC interview yet.

Thanks

You're not required to have all shots in a series

"Q. Certain vaccine series can only be completed with multiple visits to the civil surgeon. Am I required to complete the entire series before the civil surgeon can sign the Form I-693?
A.  You are only required to receive a single dose of each vaccine when you visit the civil surgeon. You are encouraged to follow up with your private health care provider to complete the series. Once you have received the single dose appropriate at the time, the civil surgeon can sign and certify the Form I-693. "

As long as you have had ONE dose of the required vaccine in a series, you have fulfilled the vaccination requirement.
