My wife's name written in the Vietnamese way is Phan Ngoc Tuong Vy. If it were written in English, I assumed it would be Vy Tuong Ngoc Phan. When I filled out form I-130 and I-129F, I used Phan as her last name, Vy as her first name, and Tuong Ngoc as her middle. When I received the NoA1 & NoA2 for both forms, the Beneficiary was listed at Phan, Vy T.

However, I received a mail from the NVC today which listed her as Tuong Vy Ngoc Phan.

Is that right?

Should I call them up to make correction? :help:

I think the fact that at least all of her names are there spelled correctly means you're alright. The important thing is that each name is the same as her Passport. The names are important though. They left a letter out on my wife's middle name and the case had to be sent back to the NVC for a new FBI check. Cost us a couple months extra waiting.
