US Travel Docs after CEAC states Issued?

K1 was approved and CEAC site now says Issued,  but on US Travel Docs,   all the data on the CITIC bank location etc is no longer showing,  it shows no information in each block,  except the final block saying "your passport is still at the embassy/consulate"

I was wondering if GUZ will still have the original instructions to send it to the CITIC branch in our city, which was already done and set up when paying the fees and scheduling the interview via US Travel Docs.  It was all in the US Travel Docs system until like 1 day after the interview,  it now shows nothing except that GUZ still has the passport?    I hope that does not mean they think we are to pick it up locally at GUZ?   CEAC says "Issued" so is the next step for GUZ to update US Travel Docs further with tracking or that passport is sent out?
