Hello guys,

I am a bit confused about affidavit of support household income poverty guideline. For the 2016 chart, does it mean that if I live in Massachusetts and I am the head of household, including my husband who will soon join me, my household number is 3.

Does that mean that I have to make $25,200 or more to file as the only sponsor for him?

I attached the chart to this question.

Correct, you would count yourself as 1, another person living you and then your husband would become 3. According to that yes, you need to be making a minimum of $25,200 to be able to sponsor him alone.
