Hi. Just wondering because I am not quite sure about my ROC application time.  I am a resident since Feb 2016, when exactly can I apply for ROC ? And when can I apply for naturalization ? Provide dates please.  I am confused about naturalization dates.

Thanks!

There is an early filing calculator on the USCIS website.

You do not have a timeline nor are you giving us specific dates so no one can provide any dates to you.

I tried to use the calculator in the above link but still don't understand how to figure it out.

To give you more details. I am a conditional GC holder since Feb, 18, 2016. I am married to a US citizen.  And i would like to know when i can apply for ROC and for citizenship according to the date I gave. Let me know if you need more details.

Thanks

A conditional legal permanent resident is a permanent resident. Yes the clock towards citizenship starts the day of residence since on your green card regardless of conditional lpr or not.
