I was trying to copy and paste the screen shot but it didnt show up, i was looking at Texas, at the same time i saw other filers from last year in Nebraska also got transferred so at least seems like everything is moving!

Hey everyone looks like I'm on this journey with you all! I recently submitted my I-130 form to petition for my husband. I received my NOA1 with a priority date of February 27, 2017. Unlike most of you I got the Potomac Service Center which looks like they are processing September petitions so let the waiting begin :)

This one is current time for IR1/CR1 processing at each stage (based on VJ member data ONLY)

This one is timeline statistic based on VJ member input ONLY, you can filter the service centre, set the viewing order by NOA1 date to see who has recently been approved.

For instance if you look at TSC, it is quite consistant that a lot of people has received NOA2 if they got NOA1 by the end of Nov 16.

 

But of course official figure is more accurate (but less up to date).

I just received a text msg that they are mailing us a RFE. Hope its nothing major.

Feb. 2018 - Interview - Approved

Feb. 2018 - VISA Received!

May 6, 2018 - Arrived in the  U.S.!

I-130 for my spouse's father, filed 2/3/2017. Service Center is Nebraska.

Interesting... means they review application as soon as they receive them pretty much

 

Nebraska has a 6 months processing time for I-130 ... however, they issued you RFE in 1 month's time

I sent in my I-130 for my husband 2 weeks ago. Just got NOA-1 today. Priority date of March 3rd in the Texas Service Center. I'm hoping Texas is still going as fast as everyone says.

A lot of Nebraska cases are transferred to Texas so they are sorting out the jam for people stuck since last Sep.

Texas now handling November new cases so it has slowed down for a month.

Let's hope everyone in all centres get approved soon!

Texas...always taking one for the team :(

well anyhow it's taking forever, today marks my first month. im guessing i still need to wait for like 3-4 months time

i have applied for my spouse in January 2017 and got my notice date on feb 2nd 2017. my service center is Potomac.
