I-130 APPROVED (took 203 days to get approved, no RFE)
NOA1: February 16, 2017
NOA2: September 07, 2017
Visa Type: CR-1
Texas Service Center

My wife didn't get the letter till now only online status has been changed from "Case was received" to "Case was approved"

Is it normal? I mean it didn't say "Case was sent to Department of State"

Can anyone enlighten me on this?

Thanks in Advance!!!

Can anyone tell why texas processing time chart showing November 2 cos now some February cases are approved

Texas processing chart shows they working on March 2017...Don't go by the one on the USCIS website because it hasn't been updated since June 30, 2017..

Has anyone that received the NOA2 still having the case shown on USCIS as "Received"?

It's been 19 days NVC still hasnt received anything...

Wonder if we should call USCIS and ask if they have actually sent the case out..
