VJ friends!

We have received NOA2!

My PD is 2/10/17, Texas Center, NOA2 7/27/17

US Citizen filing for spouse

The websites/apps have no updates, my lawyer received the snail mail first!!

I had a feeling last Friday that's why I called USCIS! Talked to a tier 1 officer and it was totally not worth my time.

Feb petitioners make sure you check your mailbox everyday!

Are you registered to get email/text updates?

Wow! Congrats everyone!

I have a question, trying to get myself prepared for NVC package.

Husband said he couldnt get the IRT for the tax, but he has all W-2 records for past 3 years. Would that be enough or do we need the transcript from the IRS website?

I received our NOA2 in the mail yesterday dated 7/27.  Still no update on the website or app so don't rely on that information.  Along with any Tier 1 officer as they will just relay the info off the site.  Hang in there guys its coming!  My mind is pretty clear from now until the interview process.   Other than that I can say I feel somewhat relaxed...lol!   My husband and I are vacationing in Dubai on the 28th we are soo excited!!  :)

I have that same issue too, I haven't tried getting my IRT yet but I will late reply today, but I was wondering too if all I'll need is the W-2 records, cause they both show the same information.

I was reading the NVC instruction page on VJ it showed a clear step by step, and it says IRT was preferred but W-2 would do...just so tempted to front load you know lol.

Try to get the Tax Transcript from IRS online or mail. My Husband's friend submitted W2 and NVC requested for Tax Transcripts instead.

Online can be pain in the ###. Who would remember the EXACT address we key in or wrote when tax was filed. It has to be exact address as the one of IRS file. Keep trying :) My husband gave up so he called IRS and requested for the Transcripts to be mailed :)

I already got my tax transcripts. I wasn't able to get them online but was able to have them mailed to me. And that only took a week.
