i was was looking at the processing time page looks like Texas been the fastest in the past few months! I'm kinda hoping our case will get to Texas too！

February 8th here! they received it that date, but it appears as they started processing in February 14th. So romantic? We also got our NOA1 in the mail. 

I don't know if any service center is better right now but I've hear good things about Texas. I hope all goes fast for you :)

➺ 02/04/17 Petition mailed 

➺ 02/08/17 Case Assigned to USCIS Nebraska, sigh. 

➺ 02/13/17 We got our NOA1! PD: February 8th 

➺ 12/15/17 NOA2 finally! after 10 1/2 months. 

➺ 12/21/17 NVC confirmed they received our file 

➺ 01/22/18 Documents sent to Rapidvisa 

➺ 02/05/18  NVC received our package 

➺ 03/15/18 Case complete! 

➺ 06/27/18  We got our Interview date! August 28th 

➺ 08/30/18 The package arrived (waited at Juarez)

➺ 08/31/18 Entered the U.S with my husband 

➺ 02/13/19 Husband confesses he cheated, leaves

➺ 02/16/19 Husband decides to abandon the marriage

➺ 05/13/19  I am officially divorced. 

 ➺ 07/03/20  I file to remove conditions on my own     

 ➺ 08/13/21 I finally get my biometrics appointment 

➺ 02/26/22 I got my interview assigned: March 31st.

I hope it doesn't take 7 months for us to hear back from USCIS! I really do hope so. *sigh* But there's nothing else but to stay calm and be patient at this point. And staying busy of course.

I sent I130 package on Saturday 02/18/2017 .... mail received PHOENIX on 02/21/2017

 

waiting anxiously :( ... very sad to be separated from my wife after marriage

 

+ my wife from Pakistan and trump's policies making me super nervous

 

Life is gona suck this year ...

Well i only get 3-4 weeks/year vacation so i will see her during that time ...

 

can she apply visit visa while her immigrant visa in process ?

 

she has a brother here studying in san francisco

My husband and I got separated the day after we got married,

and we are in it for a year at least. Trump is making me nervous too. 

But a year compared to the rest of your life with the person you love, worth it.

You will make it work, We have to make it work.

My husband is in Pakistan also. We've been together almost 2 years this summer but it was so hard to only get to spend about 9 days with him in January. Have to save up my vacation again to hopefully see him again this summer/fall. Congratulations to you!!

I have seen people going there visiting on B-1 without a problem, i will go in July too. But i do not know about a new application.

Maybe others know better?
