They are on December/January for texas Service Center

 

We are probably looking at 1.5-2 months before we get another update from USCIS

has anyone gotten an update from Potomac service center. based on my timeline, i should be getting NOA2 around june 15th.

not sure if anyone has more information

It's funny I was looking at last year processing for I130 Texas and people were getting approved in like 28-40 days. But hopefully we will get our approval soon. I am currently with my hubby in ghana for the next month so trying to enjoy my time with him living like a normal couple.

It's completely unfair that we pay the same fee, deliver the same paperwork and still have to wait considerably longer than other service centers.

➺ 01/07/17 Got married in Cozumel

➺ 02/04/17 Petition mailed 

➺ 02/08/17 Case Assigned to USCIS Nebraska, sigh. 

➺ 02/13/17 We got our NOA1! PD: February 8th 

➺ 12/15/17 NOA2 finally! after 10 1/2 months. 

➺ 12/21/17 NVC confirmed they received our file 

➺ 01/22/18 Documents sent to Rapidvisa 

➺ 02/05/18  NVC received our package 

➺ 03/15/18 Case complete! 

➺ 06/27/18  We got our Interview date! August 28th 

➺ 08/30/18 The package arrived (waited at Juarez)

➺ 08/31/18 Entered the U.S with my husband 

➺ 02/13/19 Husband confesses he cheated, leaves

➺ 02/16/19 Husband decides to abandon the marriage

➺ 05/13/19  I am officially divorced. 

 ➺ 07/03/20  I file to remove conditions on my own     

 ➺ 08/13/21 I finally get my biometrics appointment 

➺ 02/26/22 I got my interview assigned: March 31st.

@lazybones18 thank you for responding. may i ask how you got this information. i saw something liken this as well but i wanted to confirm. ALSO, they just updated the taxes service center page on uscis. ITS STILL SAYS SEP 2, 2016 for citizens applying for their spouses. its been that way for so many months! what the heck! :angry:

unfortunately thats how the USCIS operates ... nothing we can do about it

check out above link .. members are getting approval from Dec/JAn

 

in addition, few members are using iphone/andoird apps to track cases.. and they are reporting the same i.e. dec/jan cases being updated

Hi Zain. I'm at Potomac too. My NOA1 is 21 February so haven't had any correspondence as yet. I see there are quite a few people now from January who have received their NOA2's so it appears it is all moving. Fingers crossed for you that it comes soon!

thank youuu! im going crazy waiting for my NOA2. i just cant seem to rest until i get it. i hope it happens sometime in july..... i dated my husband for 5 years prior to getting married. i thought that was the end of the world.... little did i know this is worse! being married and apart is unbearable :(

anyway, keep me updated please.

thats what i said..... its a joke!  but as other people have said, looks like dec 2016 and some jan 2017 filers are getting their NOA2's. i guess we will be getting it sometime in august....
