Hello! just checked the status for NVC and says 'at NVC' - i believe that means case complete. Any idea how long does it take to get the interview date after this?

For Pakistan about a week....I saw some sooner but mine was scheduled in about a week from CC.

Hello,
Is anyone filing in CSC?
My mom is a LPR and is petitioning for my dad.

The PD is Feb 13

I know i'm really late but i'm filing at CSC. it usually takes up to two years to get an approval for a LPR at any service center.

here is the List , NVC will also sent you this on your welcome Mail

I think AOS Fee is : $120    and IV Fee is :   $325     ( if i am not wrong I believe  that's  the fees )

Yes the AOS fee is $120 and the DS 260/IV Fee is $325. Both have to be paid from a US bank.

My I-130 was approved on August 24th but I have had to file for an I-824 as it was filed incorrectly.

I'm hoping for a little Christmas magic to get the I-824 approved and over to the NVC as quickly as possible, this feels like a nightmare!

Sort of ,  welcome letter comes very late ,. I would start calling NVC 2 weeks after USCIS sends your file to NVC

Get the case number and invoice Id by phone so you can log in online and pay first fee and fill out DS-261
