should i write my phone number and email under my name and address in the fiance letter intend to marry ? 

what address we should put

We put Dallas adress everywhere and we send it all to Dallas. And yes, we put our email adresses and phone numbers on the letters, on the top on the right side under our name and adress, just like on regular official letter  but we are not approved yet, so maybe somebody smarter would give their opinion?

This was our Intent to marry that we sent and there was no issues with it.
