Hi, my fiancee and I get married a week today and so we have started prep work on our AOS as I need to start working asap.

I read on here a while back that form I-485 and I-864 are changing at some point in February. Is this accurate or can we fill in the forms now to be ready to be sent off as soon as we have the marriage certificate in hand?

Also, are the EAD and the AP forms staying the same?

Thanks in advance,

Mike

The new forms are already up on the USCIS website. The February date is for how long ppl can still use the old forms without being asked to re-file. SOme ppl with the old forms have already been asked for this despite the information saying this. So use the current forms on the website and you will be good :)
