Hi there,

I got here with K-1, we sent our papers AOS except the vaccinations supplement, I had my biometries and now I am pregnant and I know I can not get the vaccinations that USCIS requeries. I have not received any RFE about this so I guess I will receive it soon. We didnt apply for Advance Parole and I want to visit my family in Mexico so my question is: will it stop my process to have my interview or to get the green card?

Could you please give any advise,

What will delay your process ? Your pregnancy ? missing shots ? wanting to go to Mexico ? Applying for AP ?

I think what you are asking is: No, it will not affect your Advance Parole application. The purpose of the advance parole is to be able to leave the country WHILE your AOS is in progress. This includes if your petition is held up by an RFE. So you will be able to go to Mexico to visit once your Advance Parole application is approved.

Your doctor will/should put the reasoning for not receiving the vaccinations on your paperwork. Whether this will trigger an RFE or hold up the approval of your application until you are able to get the vaccinations, I don't know. Maybe someone else that has been in this situation can help.

Nothing I say is legal advice. I recommend you consult a qualified immigration attorney for any questions you may have.

We didnt apply for Advance Parole and I want to visit my family in Mexico

Remember that if you leave the country without AP before you get your green card, you won't be allowed to re-enter on the same K1 visa - you will have to wait in Mexico and apply for a new visa.
