@sholabite,am filing for I-130 spouse visa and I have paid my visa fee to National visa center when I was filling my ds-260 form,so do I still have to pay another money for interview in Lagos?

Saheed red flags are any characteristic or behavior that would make the consulate wonder about a possible scam. For example no shared language, vast difference in age gap, different religions, divorces, if you have petitioned for someone else in the past.. these are just a few there are many more. You can go on the Immigration website and familiarize yourself with more.

My bad I thought it was k1. I think difference in religion shouldn't be a problem though . It's 2017 and the embassy knows and believes in diversity .

Difference in religion is not a big deal. Especially in this day and age.. however immigration list it as a red flag.. I doubt they deny people based on religion. Like shola said this is 2017. so you'll be fine.
