In our case, I just e-mailed my fiancé a scanned copy of my signed g-325a and letter of intent to marry, and also a soft copy of my photo. However, I cannot assure you that this would be okay as we are still waiting for our NOA2 or RFE if there's a problem. I have read some posts here though that they have done the same thing and did not encounter any problem but I'm not sure if that applies to all cases.

I sent it by post 1st then discobvered a mistake and emaild the rivised version, if you sighn and make a collar scan its no problem, and for the pasfoto you will have to get at a fotografer anyway, because you need the american size once not the dutch, and it cost only 2 euro extra or so to have them email you the digital picture and your fiancee can go to a cvs and have it prineted there if you dont want to spent time mailing.

If you do deside to mail i fount that using postNL and then aangetekend and have them put the costum form on it even if they say its notnessesery is the fastest way to sent it, if you dont put the form en aangetekend it will still arrive but sometimes get stuck at costums for several weeks.

If he is already going to be sending you other stuff, might as well have him send you an original G-325A with his "wet signature" :)

So I went to Walgreens to get his picture printed out in the US size, and it kind of doesn't fit since it wasn't taken in that format. There's white edges around the picture. I hope that's okay.

Make sure the photo composition is correct as per the requirements: https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/general/photos.html
