Joetan i think you had your interview before ours, has your case made it back to nvc or uscis yet?

yes mine made it back  to nvc but they not going in order of when you were denied someone got denied after me and their case made it back before mine.  I had been posting what state department had been sending me along with embassy, and uscis correspondents but when I posted and ask if anyone had received information like this some VJ members accused me of posting same things which I had not done. So I just stop posting updates I received from inquires I made with congress, and on my own.

Insha Allah, I'm one of that lady's victims in November 2015. But we have responded strongly, and by the Grace of Allah the case was reaffirmed in December 2016, waiting for another interview... Hope this time around we will be fine. Let us all pray.

Hi Nyala62, pls do u know how long it takes to get a response from uscis after receiving the RFE. Thanks

a consulate said on Dec2016 we re sorry we can't issue your visa at this time. And says your case will be sent to USCIS.

Since that day our case has twice been updated. Currently it reads on  ceAc website January 11, 2017. Still says AP. But some sAy on other forum that their cases read DENIED. Can someone distinguish between administrative processing n denied on ceac Visa status???. Thank you.
