I751 packet sent back

My I 751 packet was sent back. I got a blue note saying 

The signatures of you and your spouse are reverse. You the conditional resident listed on page 1, should sign on page 7 and your spouse should sign on page 8.

 

I checked my packet and page 7 says petitioner signature ( It's why my husband signed on it)

And page 8 Spouse signature ( I assume that's where I need to sign- as the conditional resident) 

 

can somebody help help me with this please ????

If you are the immigrant, you are the petitioner (in this case), and your husband is the spouse.

you are the petitioner and in cases where there is death or divorce the spouse does not need to sign.

Ok, thanks for enlightening me

 

And another question. They had error on my 2 year GC so I sent it back, filing i90. After 11 month of waiting I got my GC and have another error. The RESIDENT SINCE  on my GC date has different date (02-12-15) It's the date when they issue my CR1 visa. I know it should be the date on my POE (03-07-15). I'm thinking of sending it back but when I I inquired thru infopass they said u don't need to send it back because I only have 2 months before my GC expires. Just attach the POE stamp package and explain the error.

 

well the they write note in my i751 that CR1 (2-12-15) I don't want them to think I made error on this part again. 

Do I have to change the Conditional Resident Expires on the I 751. I wrote down 03-07-15.

 so many errors ?????
