#29 on the N-400 application asks for the date of arrest. What would one put if they do not remember the exact date or month because it happened 7 years ago and have no records or document of the case? Nor does the police station and discrict court?

It also asks for outcome or disposition of the arrest, citation, detention, or charge (no charges filed, charges dismissed, jail, probation, ect?)

How would one answer this question if after the arrest the person had to go to teen court and face a jury and after complete community service and drug and alcohol abuse classes for this to not show up on his record? Would he answer no charges filed or charges dismissed?

And one last question, it asks why were you arrested, cited, detained or charged? Does one have to be specific on this answer or can it be as simple answer as saying a misdemeanor?

Thank you so much for anyone who replies!
