removing condition on 2 year green card

me and my wife have our 2nd anniversery on feb 18 2017. expiration date on her temporary green card is not untill sep 18 .should we file form 751 to remove the condition 90 days before the 2nd annivesery or the  expiration date on the green card? bit confused.any information would be helpful.

The filing window opens 90 days before the expiration of the conditional green card, *not* 90 days before your second wedding anniversary. Hope this helps! :-)
