I received the NOA2 Acceptance. Now I need to prepare everything and send it to my fiance in Russia. What am I supposed to send him?

1. I already filled out form I-134, and so did my co sponsor and we will send him this....

2. I have the copy of the packet that i sent in to USCIS that I will also send him....

so now what else do I need? or is this everything?

  • Employment letter ( petitioner and co-sponsor )
  • 3-6 pay stubs ( petitioner and co-sponsor )
  • 3 years Tax returns and W2's 2013 - 2014 - 2015  ... or 2016 instead of 2013 if you have it ( petitioner and co-sponsor )

and maybe a bank statement ( petitioner and co-sponsor ) . i have heard "bank statements generally aren't needed if you have sufficient income. Bank statements usually are used if you're using assets to off set income; but doesn't hurt to supply them of course. The more the better some times."

I'm 23, and I don't even have 1 tax stub because I never worked until recently. This is my first year working.... so is that ok if i don't provide or should i write a note with my reasons?

Tax Returns for 3 years for K1? I heard only one year is necessary with I-134, 3 years is for AOS with I-864. But maybe I'm wrong. I would say you need I-134, copy of most recent tak return (1040 Form), W2, letter from employer and couple pay stubs but I don't really understand why they need them since everything is on tax papers... same papers from joint sponsor. Bank statements arent necessary really if you make enough. Instructions doesnt really exactly say what to bring but to prove that you are eligable to support your fiance.
