They normally call you for the N400 and then look at your ROC application if it has not already been approved. They can't approve N400 without approving the ROC, so most are done together.

Goodness, not sure what the service centres are doing but it seems no approvals in the Jan or Feb filers, or if there have been I have missed them.  Come on USCIS, give us all a nice Valentine present and we don't mean a RFE!

Congratulations to all the VSC approvals and thank you lganyc83 for keeping the list updated!  Should I schedule an Info Pass appointment now or wait until 2 weeks of expiration date on the letter?

As far as I am aware the extension letter extends the expired card by a year, however try telling that to the DVLA and such.  It doesn't harm to try to get the stamp, if you need to travel or apply for a driving licence or such. I would say 2 weeks before as that is what they told me at the PIttsburgh field office.

You wont be delaying anything.   Put it this way if you waited for ROC and it took another 4 months, then you had to add another year on for N400 then it would be a year and 4 months. If you apply for N400 and it takes a year and ROC gets a adjudicated at the same time it then becomes 1 year and not 1 year and 4 months.

Just got a notification for my N-400 biometrics. I am still waiting for my i-751 and just decided to file for my N400 anyway. i am so glad i did. Applying online was the best decision ever.

Also I will try to get a stamp when i go to my  N400 biometrics ( my GC extension letter will expire March.12th)

Fingers crossed everything will go smoothly. it is been a long waiting game.

We just received my husband’s approval letter!!! It’s dated 02/06/2018 and it came straight from VSC. No update on the online system so far. 

 

We are soooooo happyyyyy!!!
