Green card was in my mailbox this morning :) so nice to be done! Not sure whether or not to apply for citizenship further down the line, but at least I have time to decide.

I have news I want to share with you guys first. Today I went to my mail box about five minutes ago and there was an approval letter dated 20 Feb from the Vermont center/centre.

Maybe they are waiting to send the GCs on St. Patricks day since they are green after all.

So today I decided not to look at USPS informed delivery, thought if I don't look at the forthcoming mail then it would be a nice surprise to see a letter in the mail.   That didn't work out!  Ah well tomorrow is another day and the sun will shine and such.  I haven't seen many approvals this week, so perhaps USCIS are saving them for the latter part of the week.  As always everyone good luck and I hope you ALL will get a nice surprise in the mail :)

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018       

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

Another March 2017 filer was approved today and looking at their timeline they had applied at the end of March so it only took 10.5 months for them, the adjudication process at VSC seems to work in mysterious ways! Let's hope we all hear something this week!

Hey Everyone! Congrats to all those who have been approved, Good luck on your journeys :-). For all my fellow waiters let's take comfort in the fact that it's still early (first week of Feb)! Everyday i check the mail like a madwoman & the anxiety is at an all time high i know,  but all we can do is wait and keep each other updated! My current Tally has 53% of Feb VSC filers approved. that's something right? We got this ppl!

Congratulations!!! How long did you wait to get your actual gc from time it was approved or in production?

 

My card is in production as of 2/6/18. Im hoping I would receive the actual card this week.

Online status has been changed finally and it said: New Card Is Being Produced.   Hopefully the new card will look different as my friend told me that her card is more colorful like this.

VSC is doing a very good job. Shell you would hopefully get your approval on Valentine's day (F) Best of luck to everyone.

Awww!! thought you have the approval already. I'm a May 2017 Filer so few more months for me. :)
