Congratulations! What a lovely surprise to come back too and great to know you didn't get an RFE.  Question, has your status online changed or has the date when they last touched it changed. I ask as people are receiving approvals without the case status updating and I am wondering if they leave some kind of trail, i.e the date that it was last updated.   Any way very happy for you! :)

My online status didn't change until the 30th. It now says card in production.

Hope you hear soon!

I had my infopass appointment at Dallas Field Office in Irving today. Other than hassle on getting the appointment, everything else was smooth and happened amicably.

They gave me stamp for 1 yr expiring in Jan 2019. When I commented on CSC is delaying it a lot, he just laughed slightly and said "yeaahh.. :)". Didn't give me any hope or idea when can I expect CSC to process my ROC.

Thought to update. Next stop N-400 filing I guess.

BTW: The expiration date on my GC was July/2017. And he returned my GC to me after stamping and didn't keep it. FYI.

Good tip on creating a USCIS account. I tried to access mine, and it was locked for inactivity. Reset password and got back in to add my new case (CRI-89). It tells me that it was last updated 2/24/2017.

Wouldnt it be great if it had been "touched" recently.  I guess a couple more months and you should hear something.

Hi everyone!!

Is anyone filling the N-400 with ROC pending? Wondering if you can file the N-400 while the ROC is pending.

You can! And many people here are doing this including my husband and I. Our window opens on February 21st. In fact today I'm going to go get my birth certificate from the DMV for it. You're eligible 90 days prior to your three year residency anniversary.

Good afternoon all.  Well today its snowing and cold here, but another day another GC right?  USCIS are already looking at March filers, approved one at Vermont.   Any way good luck to all VSC applicants and CSC. I hope to hear good news today and over the weekend, could do with some good news as not been the best couple of days!  Good luck everyone and look forward to  hearing about your approvals. :)

You should keep checking your mailbox Shell, it's your turn. I was a little surprised to see a March-2017 got approved but it's not odd. VSC is approving applicants under 11 to 12 months. Good luck.

Thanks....  I have USPS informed and checked my mail box, nothing, nada, not even a postcard from my mum!  (I would freak if I received a postcard from her, she died 18 years ago).  Ah well, tomorrow is another day full of dreams, wishes and stuff made of gold dust!  Good luck to you and everyone! :)

Ahhh it's been a long time since I've visited this site but congrats to all those approved so far!

I've just looked at my case status online and saw that the Last Updated date was 4/28/2017, which is a month and a few days after the biometrics appointment. Just wondering, those who were approved, what was your last updated date prior to getting approved?  Trying to gauge whether I should get my hopes up on expecting approval sometime soon.

Thanks!

I know one person whos case was updated on the 19th with change of birth and then 3 days later 22nd approved. However, not sure if this was just pure coincidence, as no one has mentioned about whether their case was "touched" just before approval. Its a guessing game right now and one I can't answer, although I have asked, until I get my own approval.. one day...... some day.......  Yawn..... still waiting............ :(

Yeah, this waiting and not knowing anything is agony...

And thank you shell and other members for the tip about the USPS informed delivery. Such a great tool!
