Did you upload your green card and extension letter?

It asks for green card but not the extension letter. I uploaded the green card in the green card section, then the extension letter in the "any additional information" section. Also you can fill out the form before the 90 day early filing period. Just make sure you keep logging in every 30 days or your application expires. You can only submit within the 90 day period.

People seem to be getting their biometrics stuff pretty fast after they apply.

Hi everyone, I applied for ROC in Jan 2017. I got the extension letter and that is expiring next month too. Should I schedule another infopass? Is it going to be extended again?

I think you need to get an info pass to prove your status beyond the letter. My understanding is that you are still within status but not able to prove it once the letter expires.

Lol.. the card has not been sent for production yet and if i dont receive my card after 2 weeks to call them. Im so happy. Can someone please update the list.

I did it online. The online n400 pretty much asks you which evidence to upload for each bit depending on your circumstances. Also with the online one I think they upload and mail all correspondences.

My office in Ohio says it was processing late May 2017 when they last updated in October 31st. So looks like 5 months for me. I'm expecting June/July 2018 to become a USC. I wonder if my removal of conditions will even be processed by then.

Doubt it will be approved before if you are CSC, probably be joint approval.  Good luck and thanks for the info. :)

I wasn't going to apply for citizenship under the current administration but moving to a state where my vote counts more than my current one - I can't wait for February to come around in order for me to fill out the application!

Thanks for that top tip everyone. (Filing before approval that is)

So I understand you have to submit the citizenship application within the 90 days before your 3 year residency anniversary. What happens if you apply after the 90 days? Are you still able to do it? We plan to do it right when the 90 day window opens but I'm still curious.

Can I apply even though I'm still waiting for my actual green card? I'll have to get an info pass soon to get a stamp. I'm a February filer CSC.

You can do it any time if you eligible, could be 8 years down the road and you don't even have to apply if you dont want too. 90 days before the 3 year residency anniversary is just a reminder of what you are eligible to do, but not what you have to do.

There is no exclusion that you can't apply while you are waiting for a green card renewal. However, you can't get citizenship if your ROC is not approved. So often they do a dual interview or approve it prior to your interview.
