I don't think any Feb filers have been approved yet.

I am going home in March. My extension letter also will expire then. Do I need a stamp on my passport? 

Also, I applied for my citizenship a few days ago. Hopefully It wont be too long.

I read this link talking about trump attacking family-based immigration. What does this mean for us who are currently in ROC?

I believe its talking about extended family, rather than marriage based visas.  When for example a person sponsors their parents, siblings etc and then those people carry on to sponsor their families and such.  This will take time to come into effect, if it comes to into effect at all.

Mine still says your fee was waived. I did not apply for fee waiver. Called 6 months ago they said it’s an error in the system. I m tired of waiting.

You shouldnt be waiting much longer having filed at Vermont.  New processing times are CSC August 20th i think, there is going to be a speed up with CSC (watch this spot) and VSC are on November, these dates are for 31st Oct so dates as of 2 months ago.  We are all close now , even CSC filers now have hope, after most of the DACA processing seems to be calming down.

 

What a long journey this has been and we haven't even travelled!

VSC is working on November 2016 cases

November as of 31st October. However, if you look at January filers on VJ, Vermont i think 28 percent of them have been approved. I know it doesn't reflect the whole of the Vermont January filers as not all are on VJ.  Even so it does give us some indication of where Vermont are up too.  I also suspect come January, we may see some Feb filers approved.

They already have, but we are nearing the end of that wait.  i expect we will hear in January being Vermont filers and CSC should catch up very quickly, once they step into gear they are very fast.

CSC is currently on September 2016 filers the other day it said October.

I applied for the N400. USCIS just cashed my check. I will keep everyone updated on that.
