You need to look after midnight, they seem to up date the interview slots then,  you get your stamp from your local field office. You can get the stamp around a month before the expiry date on your letter.

Thank you for the advice. I guess it's no use to request for an infopass being March is still far way back.

So I have a question, and anyone can answer... I sent it my packet January 31. The check was cashed in February and I also got my first notification in February and Biometrics was in February. Does that make me a February filer, or January because I filed / sent my packet in January?

Thanks guys!

You filed in January, however USCIS will take it from your NOA1 date. It depends what is on you're letter. You're a very late January filer, very early February filer   I should imagine if you want to join on a forum on either.  As for a info pass, well you can apply for your i55i stamp a month before so you could apply beginning of January.  Some do it a month before, my local field office said two weeks before. Earlier if you needed to travel for lets say a couple of months, or need it for a mortgage, or lost your card etc.

Not looked at your time line, but you will probably need the stamp if you are CSC filer, however if you filed with VSC you might well hear before you need the stamp.  Another thing to note about an info pass is they only do two weeks ahead.

Important to note that the dates are as of August 31st. That tells me CSC takes almost 14 months.

Yup it seems like VSC takes 11-12 months and CSC 13-14 months.

Yes your process will change if you plan to divorce at this stage. After divorce, you will need to re-file I-751 by yourself.

for N-400, after your I-751 gets approved, then you can apply after 4 years 9 months from that 5/22/15 date.

Which will make it Feb 2020.  I think I counted those dates correctly.

Will it make a difference if I do it after the I-751 has been approved and I get my 10year GC?

What if I divorce after that point I just have to wait until 2020 to file N400?

Read the 3 paragraph of the drop down box, it states you need to still be married until the Oath
