90 days preceding the three year anniversary of your 'resident from' date (or five years if no longer living in marital union / separated / divorced etc)

as mindthegap said, 90 days before 2 years, plus one year, from your conditional GC date , or add another 2 years onto the 3 years if divorced, separated etc. So if you still together around early March 2018, a year to the day you filed ROC.

Does anyone know if there is another medical exam in the ROC process? Just want to know because my husband was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes if he will need to bring paperwork for the condition if there is another medical.

Hi guys, I'm just reading the updates on this thread and I do believe that come March 2018, I still wont have my new 10-year green card. So what to do? Any suggestions? I've read on some posts that they had to come in to get a stamp? Where do you get a stamp? And I've checked the infopass page by typing in my zipcode, but it didn't show me any available dates. Help please. Thanks!

Hi I’ve got my stamp last month cus I needed for my mortgage loan. Just keep checking the infopass site cus they will only show available schedule for the next 2 weeks.

You need to look after midnight, they seem to up date the interview slots then,  you get your stamp from your local field office. You can get the stamp around a month before the expiry date on your letter.

You need that for a mortgage loan? Geez... now there's another thing added on my already long list of to-do lol. Thanks so much! We are also trying to get a home, maybe we can apply now for a mortgage and they wouldn't need a stamp?
