Weren't you going to be traveling? I'd definitely follow-up about the NOA since it gives you your 1 year extension. I've already had to show mine to the DMV and will be traveling with it next week!

I would definitely ring them as I received my NOA1 a couple of weeks before my bio-metrics letter.

Question for you all, if I want to make a complaint to the USCIS which would be the fastest way to do so?  They don't seem to make anything easy or quick, but I have been pondering on complaining since I visited the field office before I left for England and I have decided now that I am not just going to be told something that seems to be a different answer at different field offices.

Got back yesterday from a trip back to the U.K. Was expecting to at least have to explain the extension letter to someone but everyone was totally familiar with it and immigration at Philadelphia took all of two minutes. 

 

Today, I have to have fingerprints taken for a new job and show proof of immigration status, so we'll see if this is a little more complicated.

I think they filed earlier, on the 11th of Feb rather than the 90 day window of the 13th Feb, probably as the 11th of Feb was a Sat and so it would be there for on the very day Monday 13th Feb,  which began the  90 day window opening.  Oh and welcome to Feb filers 2017!

Thats very risky mate; We shouldn't give them any reason to send packets back. Terrible wait times.

Well not really if they sent it on the 11th a Saturday, it would not arrive until the 13th the day their window opened, so basically they could not send it back as it wasn't too early. Yeah the wait is very long, however there seems to have been movement with VSC, seems a lot of May 16 cases have been approved this week.
